Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before accessing or using any part of the mj108 platform. By registering an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions set out below.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use the mj108 platform. Providing false age information constitutes a serious breach and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
mj108 supports all major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Withdrawals are processed within three minutes on average. Minimum withdrawal is Rp 50.000.
All bonuses carry a defined wagering requirement disclosed at the time of the offer. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met. mj108 does not alter bonus terms retroactively.
Each member is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. mj108 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). Sharing account access with third parties is strictly prohibited.
Fraudulent chargebacks, use of automated betting software, collusion, money laundering, and multi-account abuse are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in permanent suspension and potential legal action.

Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "User", "You") and mj108 ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"). Access to or use of any part of the mj108 platform — including placing wagers, claiming bonuses, or using any game — constitutes full acceptance of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any provision herein, you must immediately cease using the platform.
In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account on the mj108 Platform. This age restriction is absolute and non-negotiable. mj108 takes underage gambling extremely seriously and conducts age verification checks as part of its standard KYC process.
⚠ Strict Warning: Any person found to be under the age of 21 who has registered an account on the Platform will have their account immediately and permanently closed. Any funds deposited will be returned to the originating payment method after verification; any winnings generated will be forfeited in full.
The Platform primarily serves Members who are residents of Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for personal use.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law. Persons who have been declared legally incompetent by a court of competent jurisdiction may not register an account.
Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts — regardless of the name, email address, payment method, device, or IP address used — are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
Individuals who have previously applied for self-exclusion on the mj108 Platform are not eligible to register a new account during the active exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion order is a breach of this Agreement.
When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes, but is not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
mj108 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:
Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by mj108 may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. mj108 will not be held liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify mj108 support immediately upon discovering any suspected unauthorized use of your account.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting mj108 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method following successful verification.
mj108 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels:
Payment method availability may be subject to change. The Platform will provide reasonable advance notice of any significant changes to available payment channels.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no standard maximum single-deposit cap; however, mj108 reserves the right to apply transaction limits at the individual account level based on risk assessment or payment provider constraints.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within three minutes of submission during normal operating hours. In certain circumstances — including, but not limited to, KYC verification, fraud screening, or payment provider downtime — processing times may be extended. mj108 will communicate any such delay to the affected Member.

All transactions on the mj108 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). mj108 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs arising from the use of internationally issued payment instruments are the sole responsibility of the Member.
mj108 strictly prohibits deposits from or withdrawals to payment methods that are not registered in the Member's own name. Any funds received from a third-party payment source may be returned and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.
mj108 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, maximum bet per round while bonus funds are active, and expiry periods.
Bonus Funds credited to a Member's Account are not immediately withdrawable. They must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier is stated clearly on each bonus offer page. Unless stated otherwise:
Bonus Funds and associated Wagering Requirements that are not completed within the stated validity period (typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit, as specified per offer) will expire automatically. Expired Bonus Funds will be removed from the Account without compensation.
mj108 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close Accounts, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using hedging strategies designed to exploit bonus mechanics, or coordinating with other Members to manipulate promotional outcomes.
Note: mj108 does not alter bonus terms retroactively. The terms that apply to a bonus are those published at the time the bonus was offered and accepted. If you have any questions about a specific bonus offer, contact our support team before claiming it.
mj108 periodically offers promotions tied to cultural events and sporting calendars relevant to Indonesian players, including but not limited to Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and major football tournaments such as the BRI Liga 1 season, the AFC Cup, and the FIFA World Cup. These promotions carry their own specific terms and are subject to the general provisions of this clause.
mj108 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion, including wagers placed after an event has commenced (where live betting is not explicitly offered), wagers placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a system or human error, or wagers that mj108 has reasonable grounds to believe were placed in bad faith.
Sports betting markets available on mj108 include domestic Indonesian football (BRI Liga 1, featuring clubs such as Persija Jakarta, Persib Bandung, and Bali United), international football (EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, Piala AFF), badminton (All England, Thomas Cup, Uber Cup, Indonesia Open), and other markets. Bandar bola (sports betting) and mix parlay (accumulator) markets are subject to their own specific rules published on the relevant bet-type pages.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws offered on the Platform — including Togel SGP, Togel HK, and Togel SDY — follow the official results published by the relevant draw operators. Any dispute regarding draw results will be resolved by reference to the official result published at the draw's authoritative source.
Live dealer games operated by certified studios (including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi) are subject to the rules of the respective game as explained within the game interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live dealer hand or spin, the outcome determined by the game server at the time of disconnection will stand as the final result.
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned to the Member's Account in circumstances including: event cancellation, postponement beyond 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, or where a technical error has materially affected the integrity of the bet. mj108's decision on whether to void a bet is final, subject to the dispute resolution procedure in Clause 13.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mj108 Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant authorities:
All content on the mj108 Platform — including but not limited to the mj108 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of mj108 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit:
mj108 endeavours to maintain a high level of platform availability (targeting 99.9% uptime) but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party infrastructure failures, or events beyond mj108's reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mj108 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
In circumstances where mj108 is found liable to a Member, the maximum aggregate liability of mj108 shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Member to their Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mj108 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose, the accuracy of odds or statistical data, or the continuity of any specific game or market.
Important: Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
mj108 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
mj108 will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, fraud prevention services, and regulatory authorities where required by law or by our compliance obligations.
mj108 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Member has breached this Agreement, is engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or presents a risk to the security or integrity of the Platform.
mj108 may permanently close an Account where a Material Breach of this Agreement has been confirmed following investigation. In such cases, mj108 reserves the right to forfeit any Balance held in the Account, subject to its legal obligations and the findings of the investigation.
Upon termination of an Account for any reason, the Member's right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination of this Agreement.
mj108 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material, mj108 will provide reasonable advance notice — typically via a notice displayed on the Platform homepage or via direct communication to the registered email address on file.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 3.4.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which mj108 holds its international operating licence. The Platform is operated as an internationally licensed and regulated entity.
In the event of a dispute, Members are encouraged to contact the mj108 customer support team in the first instance. mj108 will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly, typically within 5 business days of receiving a formal complaint.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with mj108's support team, the Member may escalate the matter to mj108's compliance department by submitting a written complaint to the contact address set out in Clause 14. mj108 will provide a final written decision within 14 business days of receipt of the escalated complaint.
